Tentative schedule: Friday, arrivals from noon throughout the afternoon. Burger burn in Larry's hanger at 6:00pm. Saturday morning: two options for fly-outs. Either fly up to Spearfish and get on a bus to go up to Deadwood (it's a quaint little drinking town with a gambling problem) and spend the morning and early afternoon there before flying back, or do a self guided aerial tour of the Black Hills (like done other years) and land at Wall Drug (Wall Airport (6V4) for lunch, before flying back Saturday afternoon. Saturday evening banquet at the Allen Ranch.
Sunday morning, Fly home.
For those interested in coming a day early,(Thursday evening) some of the People from the Lutheran Church have offered to take people up to Mount Rushmore and Crazy Horse Friday morning. IF you are coming early, let us know, as we have limited transportation available.
We are working with the motels to give us a good rate, and will post their contact info shortly.
All of the transportation to and from the airport will be provided, and we will have a registration fee that will cover busing, food, water, beer, etc.
