Aircraft attending: B-29 Superfortress FIFI; C-45 “Bucket of Bolts;” T-6 WASP Original; Stearman; P-51 “Gunfighter.” The aircraft will arrive Monday (Aug 5) around noon. The ramp will open to the public Wednesday (Aug 7) through Sunday (Aug 11) from 9:00am to 5:00pm each day. The small aircraft will be available for walk-up rides the entire time they are open. FIFI will only fly Saturday (Aug 10) and Sunday (Aug11) mornings. The balance of the time FIFI will be static for cockpit tours. The tour aircraft would depart on Monday (Aug 12). Access to the gate will be $15 for adults and $8 for ages 5 to 17. This price will include free admission to the Mid America Museum of Aviation and Transportation (2600 Expedition Court).
